It sounds a lot like a movie script. A property owner sells some land. The only problem is a graveyard is currently on the property. Property owner, Michael Wright, has gone on record several times, claiming he and his family have experienced ''apparitions, cold spots, and poltergeist activities'' since moving onto the property. The large corner lot is approximately 1.25 acres and features many mature oak trees. The entire lot is fenced with six foot chain link. New homes line the road leading to this property, and this parcel is large enough to build multiple homes, if it were subdivided.
A 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home, with a large additional room, conveys as-is, where-is, and is not included in the property value. With some TLC, this home might be a great rehab project for the handyman. Seller will not make repairs nor have mobile removed from property.
